“We want to make church accessible for everyone, so we provide a minibus service.”

Hospitality Ministries

Minibus Service

Victory Christian Centre recognise that some people find it difficult to attend church, either through mobility problems or through a lack of public transport services on Sundays. We wish to make  church accessible for everyone and so we provide a minibus service which is available through prior booking with the church office, to pick up and drop off either from set points or, for those who have mobility problems, from their front door.

There is a small charge for the use of this service, which goes towards the upkeep of the minibus. Full details regarding this service is available from Hugh Rennie

No matter who you are, chances are, an usher will be the first person you see when you arrive. We want you to know that your presence in worship is our reason for serving and we are glad that you are here. Ushers are a visible presence, representing the church as an intermediary between the needs of a specific person and the resources available through the church.

Ushers serve visitors, guests, and church family alike, helping each person to find a place that meets their needs, offering a programme, a friendly handshake, and a warm welcome. Our Ushers are only too pleased to welcome new visitors and answer any questions you may have.

“I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than dwell in the tents of wickedness” (Psalm 84:10).

“Why not stay for refreshments after our service?”

Church Cafe

Please stay for refreshments after our service with free tea and coffee available from the back of the cafe. Of course, should you wish something more substantial, our cafe serves a range of delicious foods, snacks and speciality teas and coffee.  The cafe is an ideal setting to get to know people in a more relaxed atmosphere. The tables are large which allows people to sit together, thus ensuring that our visitors are never left on their own, but rather welcomed enthusiastically to join others who may be already seated at the tables, so don’t be shy!
